SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Please allow 4-15 business days for turn around time. All orders will have a detailed TAT in description info. We strive to upkeep our TAT on point but there are elements out of our control at times. Delays could be expected with any order. Please be patient with us. We will communicate any delays and will certainly make it up to you with the best customer service we can. TRACKING YOUR ORDER

When processing time is completed on your order you will receive notification your package has shipped. Once your package ships ,you will either receive an email or your tracking information will appear in your account. Please be aware this is an estimated delivery date and not guaranteed. Shipping delays are out of our hands once the mail carrier has possession.
RETURNS

We only offer STORE CREDIT for items sent back that are eligible. We do not issue refunds.

Merchandise must be sent back to us within 10 business days of receiving the order, per your USPS tracking number in your account, in order to receive store credit.

Merchandise must be unwashed and unworn. Anything that smells of smoke, has stains, animal hair, has been washed/worn, or damaged by you will not be taken back. It must be in its original condition with tags attached (if it arrived with tags).

With our varying quantities of sizes, designs and colors, we cannot offer exchanges if your original item does not work; you will receive store credit.NO EXCHANGES!

Please email midnitemagnolia2020@gmail.com to initiate a return. Please include your Name, order number, tracking number and reaston for return.

Original invoice must be included in your return package. If you do not have your original invoice, you can print out your order confirmation email or a copy of your receipt. Please specify why you are returning and any information we need to know about.

Any damages to package/contents from customers returns via mail carrier will be their responsibility to Midnite Magnolia.

Any defective item on our part/factory/vendor or mail carrier will be taken care of by Midnite Magnolia and a full store credit issued. All mail carrier issues will need pictures to document to get a refund.

If your item(s) are not sent back to us within the 10 day time period your return/exchange will not be processed. If you want your items back, shipping charges will be applied to customer.

ALL SHIPPING WILL BE PROCESSED/PAID UNDER CUSTOMER. This will be deducted from the store credit first. Any final payment will be paid in full before shipping is finalized.
